Ready Set Go

Ready, set, go!

When I am down and gloomy,
When my head feels not-so-roomy,

I set my internal clocks
And fade out conception blocks.

A small lantern can light up the night,
And a different point of view can make us feel all right.

Think of the sun, and bask in its power.
It’s inside you, every day, every hour.

Be a lion, strong and silent.
Or find your roar! You are a giant!

Be a tree, with long sturdy roots,
Stable, firm, and laden with fruits.

Embrace your inner rising star.
Cheerful, lively—that’s what you are!

Cuddle the land, experience spring,
Sway to its melody like a violin string.

Immerse yourself in halos of light.
Inhale the chilly mountain’s height.
Take control of what you feel.
It’s the only way to heal.
