Happiness Happens

Happiness Happens short poem

Let me recount, in how many ways happiness
Happens,
In the early hours of morning, sunrays touch
your face
When the birds chirp and twitter,
When the wind blows and water flows.
All the noise, and all the silence that surrounds thee
Happiness happens.

Happiness humbles and heart bubbles
Happiness grows not on trees; pluck sorrow
Then see happiness bloom.
More the tears tremble in the eye,
Greater the joy after sorrow
Like rainbow glows after a shower,in the sky.
Happiness evades, happiness fades if chased
Happiness happens in the laughter of your daughter,
Happiness comes smiling in the foot fall of your son.

Look not for hurricane and thunder,
Happiness happens to glide in quietly
When you have done an act of charity silently.
Happiness happens when you have put another’s
Happiness before thine.
Happiness happens to be a state of mind and soul,
Not of body, mistake not with joy.
Joys come and go, happiness lingers,
For the soul which experience it never whithers. Joy rocks with laughter, happiness happens to smile.
Happiness happens to be the mile stone in the jouney of life,
Leading us to eternal happiness when the soul shall meet its Creator.
