Light In Words

Light In Words short poem

Uploaded by Simranjit Singh

I can feel it
of what you can only catch a glimpse
the reflection of wonders I felt
as they appear through my ink.

Never was I gonna narrate
to every best friend
for its charm goes awry
as the others don’t comprehend

A lesson learnt, rather hard way.

And I Scribble to cultivate
“thou gifts oh giver”.

nobody approves of it
that I fancy color brown
these pages let me live
when they belt me around.

my lift is beyond heights
as I harvest each poem
it’s the pursuit
that lets the words sown.

THE NiGHT OF WORDS an assemblage of thought, Predicted a hint of rain the power of words, from the darkened sky, convey a message for a thought. Was it not one word that launched the words that built the world ?
