Let it Rain!

Let it Rain! short poem

Let it rain, let it rain!
O Mighty let it rain,
For it gives no pain,
The wonderful fire flies shine
Above this huge brine
Currents flowing like the blood in my veins
But humans are not like rains
Once gone they never come back
Corpses in front lie in a proper stack

Let it rain, Let it rain!
O Lord! let it rain,
The ducks chirp quack quack
As I see a rough shack
Everywhere I look
The world is full of open graves
And the dead and decays
Kept together like pieces of rock
As I heard a knock
Alas! that was just the cold breeze
As I bend on my knees
O Lord! Forgive me for all those bad deeds
As the world comes to an end
There’s nothing left but just repent.

Just an observation: fireflies proliferate on branches of certain trees right after the rains. The same as corpses, a metaphor for bad deeds, proliferating everywhere, being realized when the lifetime is about to end, and repentance would just be rife in such occasion. And @Ishan_Bains your poem seems so deep, to understand which, many would be mislead to chirp the wrong quack quack. Write some more for our basis.
