Discovering Happiness

Discovering Happiness short poem

Uploaded by Kavita Jain

Had I known how happiness happens I would have shared with you dear friend
know not why sometimes the world riches do not move
and yet sometimes a dime looks miraculous
Why this happens I stand unmoved near a blooming flower bed
and yet sometimes a small flower in the bushes help me reach eternity
why pale of tears I see and stay hard
why one tear of joy felt like ocean ready to sweep my feet away
why gaining everything yet carry an emptiness inside
yet an innocent smile heals and make me whole
I do not know my friend how happiness happen
sometimes hiding like a pearl in oyster
yet sometimes a glowworm so near
and someday when I will learn, will share
how even death is happiness
if not then why Shiva dances in cremation ground?
