in her heart
wearing turquoise
in her eyes

she haunts
her prey, befriending
nocturnal beasts

she crushed their
she was
a victim

she sipped its
felt the
aroma and slimy
that devitalized
her emotions

she ate heart
of men
which she
relished and
slept with

she is the bandit queen
of Chambal
valley of

she was raped by
twenty men
at a stretch
one after
