Mater Moi (Mother)

Mater Moi (Mother) short poem ode

Farthest you have gone
but in thoughts remain

Time alleviates sorrow
loss hardest to explain

With undying devotion
you raised me just fine

Telling what was right
not cross over thin line

Placidity of disposition
far reaching foresight

Helped me pass chasms
and scale many a height

In my deepest slumber
can feel a gentle caress

Dispelling all my demons
relieving me of all stress

Let this day be harbinger
of your advent on earth

For honing all my abilities
and true to my salt worth

Life would turn a full circle
with reunion at very end

In state of blissful presence
to infinity that will extend
