Parting Away

I could see him leave,
leaving me alone.
I weep and cry,
not showing it at all.

I think about him,
every minute,
every second,
every moment.

Where is he now?
I wonder…
Has he found someone better,
than me?

I just want the better for him.
If he finds a better lady,
I will be happy.
I will be overjoyed.

When I saw him leave,
I could see only his joy.
He was going away,
maybe 200 miles away.

How can I live like this?
I will dream about him,
every night,
every day.

That will stop me,
from living this nightmare.
I will wait for him.
I will trust him.

I know I have a life ahead of me.
I know that I can find any groom.
I know I am lucky.
But, I will wait.

I will wait forever,
until my last breath,
until he comes back
and lets me live in his arms.

Maybe 200 miles away,
he will still feel what I feel.
He will see only me in his dreams,
or maybe another lady.

He may leave,
but he will be with me.
I know that,
because he will always be there in my soul.
