Tomorrow short poem

Tomorrow when the sun rises again
It will find a world unkind
People killing people
Friends being unkind to mankind

Tonight, the night will give me rest
Regenerate me and prepare me for

Tomorrow again many will die
And lack of food
Lack of medication
Will be the cause
Or may be
Just being denied that simple hand of kindness

Tomorrow many will make their grand entry, on a dirty side walk
Gestation, pregnancy and birth
Full cycle of misfortune
Doesn’t even a dog prepare a bed before the litter?
Birds prepare a nest
Rabbit digs a barrow
But the son of man has nowhere to give birth

I cannot change the world
But I’m prepared to play my part
I have faith
That things will be better
When I awake regenerated
