Life’s Happening Now

Lifes Happening Now short poem

People here and people there,
Are living their lives full of fear.
“Past was bad. Future will be worse.”
That’s what I hear people saying.
Thinking about their past, I see them sobbing.
But my people, life’s happening now!
Enjoy your present, it’s a gift of God.
You gotta agree with me. C’mon now nod!
They say life’s like a train.
It’ll keep moving and you gotta keep coping.
You’ll be happy, you’ll be sad,
But don’t think your life’s bad.
So it’s not bad luck, it’s God saving you!
Everything is happening for a reason.
Be happy. Be yappy.
Life’s happening now!
