Enlivened Debauchery

Enlivened Debauchery prose poem

Beyond a world of chocolates and close bonds is a crossover to strength,
screams, shoves, and worn out shoe plates..
strength to part with my system and garner the legitimacy
to be counted as a survivor seems possible at every sight
of the peeping moon bent hard on toppling its master’s red silhouette
to reign over an array of calmer exhales..
left to ponder over this darkened but settled imagery
makes my froth filled mouth seek out a wish to be heard by my creator..
left to me is a past of bedded irrelevance, unwanted relationships
and failed attempts to conquer emotions that could lessen the depth of this futile lonesome existence..
emotions that could drop by everyday and thrust its warmth to my slender wavering stance..
all that I see around now are glitters summoned by the talented lots to shine over their outspoken smartness..
and I find no place to taste a hard earned sweat..
to catch a pair of longing eyes..
