My Innocent Dove

My Innocent Dove ode

She came to visit me from America,
Everybody shouted, she is my replica.
She is very pretty, white and pink,
She wore her jacket, made of mink.
My little lady always looked very busy,
Serving tea with her beautiful tea-cosy.
She is quick witted with brilliant ideas,
She loves reading the volumes of Encyclopedia.
My little doll is only seven years old,
She is more precious than diamond and gold.
She is my real femme fatale,
Her ardent desire to see the Himalaya.
She was born and raised in Baton rouge,
She will chase my roosters and goose.
She speaks English with American accent,
Speaks fluent Arabic and loves croissants.
She went to Agra to see the Taj Mahal,
She loves all birds especially Kestrels.
She was repeating the word Taj Mahaal,
I corrected her pronunciation but she grasped
The last word as Taj-Mahell. She became frightened, refused to go to Hell.
What Hell is there? please tell Mamma jani,
I will present you the bouquet of Firangipani.
