Amnesia short poem

I woke up in a hospital room
Outside it was a full moon
And I was on my feet soon
Thinking how am I here?
And I feared
That I had amnesia
I was in Italy
But till yesterday I was in Asia
The doctor came and gave me anesthesia
But my adrenaline fought it off
It wasnt a thing to scoff
I went outside
It was 12:00 in the night
I roamed around
Feeling like it was a ghost town
I went into a church
Which turned out to be a baptistry
There was a informational card which told its history
There I decided
That what else could I do?
How could I move when I don’t know what to do
So I told my self I would have a rebirth
I cleansed myself in the holy water
And said my prayers no matter
And then led a normal life
Had two kids with my wife
And today I recall
My memories of amnesia
