Deepen

Deepen short poem

Take me to the deep surrounds
underneath down underground
Melt my skin until it flakes
Insect food when hell escapes
Trapped inside your little head
A baby born who believes what’s said
100 years of liars voices
No more heroes no more choices
Desire only truth what question to ask
Are you the beast that wears a mask
Push me into dangerous corners
The body shakes and heaven warns us
Today could be the last day of my life
Tomorrow I still wake to banality rife

I am a poet through and through and anyone that tells you different you must deny it and slap them across the face very roughly indeed. I love the normal things in life and turning them into mysterious meaningful emotionally attached fascinating object or subjects.
