Questions Of Life

Questions Of Life short poem

What is the very reason for our existence?
What makes us the dominating race on Earth?
Remember no life can be bought through cents.
Whether it’s an adult or a child’s birth

Why do we work day and night?
Just to feel our dreams
We give all our might to fight
But useless without self-esteem

There comes a point in every person’s life
Where he demands an explanation
If not he finds the knife
Death becomes an easy equation

Sometimes reasons are not to be
Found, but to experience
Sometimes our eyes couldn’t see
The answers were in past tense
