Invisible

Invisible ballad

You are my husband but you never see me unless you want something.
With you I always seem to have very bad timing. I am bugging you.
Why don’t you just say go away. Why don’t you just say I don’t want you to stay.
You only see me when it is convenient for you. What do I need to do.
I am tired of being in the shadows waiting for you to notice me your wife. We took vows for life.
You have broken those vows time and time again. My time with you is no longer well spent.
The only time you really have much to do with me anymore is when you are finding ways to hurt me emotionally. This may be done by you unintentionally. It seems to really come to you naturally.
You tell me I am pestering the hell out of you, excuse me I am your wife. I want you to love me for life. Touch me, hold me, quit pushing me away. Quit ignoring me quit putting our love at bay.
You give so much to other females but not me your soul mate. I am beginning to think , that for me there is a different fate.
To you I may look fine on the outside. My pain is getting harder to hide.
Please I just want you to see me. I want you to touch me.
The one thing I want most of all is for you to go back to the way things used to be.

The plight of many a spouse, the ‘stale familiarity” of Thomas Hardy, which breeds contempt, or is it just indifference and which is worse?!

Invisible Particles short poem

I care less, walking on plateau. Now, mind rejects the peaks. A small patch of green, I knead on ice of firm orbs. This sterile landscape starts a fire. My hands knit a taciturn probe to enter the inconceivable. The
