Remember

Remember short poem

Is it so hard to smile?
remembering the days of past
happy and glorious as the
rising sun at dawn
Is it so hard to smile?
knowing that The Lord is
with us blessing every moment
of this short life
is it so hard to smile?
through the depths of our
heart blossoms the eternal roses of
faith, love and truth
The blessing, keeping us
fresh as new born lily
sustaining us through the currents of
life
letting us stand straight facing
the all destroyer Time.
is it so hard to smile
knowing that He smiles on us?

Remember When He Was I

Remember When He Was I short poem

When he was I, And I was he. We laid crying in the desert sands. Holding hands. Our friends burning nearby. The cities burning in the sky. Laughing, he squeezed my hand. Crying, he squeezed the trigger. Oh, how we
