For Him

For Him short poem

Through my struggles, I see,
He cuts off every branch
every offshoot, every seed
He prunes, in my withering
He endures me, for my blossom

In my cries, He listens to me
In my sorrows, He comforts me
In my happiness, He delights with me
I love you O lord! For your grace

Through my struggles, I see,
His mercies flow endless
He brings forth, His Goodness
When I remain in Him,
He delivers me, for my blossom

What sunshine is to flower, smiles are to humanity. Smile, even if it's a sad smile, because sadder than a sad smile is the sadness of not knowing how to smile.....
