Reconnect short poem

Indeed a wondrous joy
of having come to face

With other two of trio
and past again retrace

Been nearly a lifetime
since last we ever met

Earlier amity still active
with old bonding beset

Was all about curiosity
of what where & when

How different it turned
from way it were then

Trails all but dissected
tribulations too as well

Bits of jumbled jigsaw
in place eventually fell

Traveled far distances
basically to reconnect

Reminiscing lost sagas
and once more reenact

May seem bit different
how now it all appears

Shades though familiar
of ones from yesteryears

Emotional. This is what is running through my mind right now. I could relate to it so well.
Beautifully written and portrayed.
