Way of life

The mother knows compassion and grants permission
the father accepts responsibility and manifests reality
the child is born and experiences god directly
the adolescent unfortunately forgets its connection to the divine

the teacher shares self-evident truths and growth occurs
the student learns through a process of trial and error
the athlete competes but only with himself
the soldier struggles but finds strength and courage
the worker does so and accomplishes the work
the player plays in inherent possibilities and work and play become one thing

the sinner feels pain but only hurts himself
the criminal takes advantage of others disregarding their rights
the killer takes away life against the will
the devil through ignorance disrupts known reality and things change

the priest interacts with all-that-is and intermediates
the slayer then removes that which is no longer useful
the physician helps to heal the physical body
the therapist assists the mentally ill in regaining balance
the healer facilitates people looking in the mirror to see who they really are
the seeker looks outside the self to gain an intellectual understanding
the hermit looks within and finds the secrets of the soul

The Fight For My Life

The Fight For My Life long poem
