Perfect Imperfection

Perfect Imperfection short poem

Do not be afraid to make mistakes
everyone does
but worry about what is
and not what was.
mistakes make us different
makes us stand out
mistakes are part of life.
it’s what life is about
don’t let your mistakes
get in your way
forgiving yourself makes
you live another day
you are a perfect imperfection
no one can change you
no one will try to
this is the truth.
you are a perfect imperfection
embrace this side of you
and let the past be the bast
and the present be you.
