Everlasting short poem

It only took a few months for them to truly understand.
That life can end so quickly.
So they now walk hand in hand.
It only took a single glance for them to fall in love,
But no one knows the answer that you get it from above.

Sometimes life is a mystery, something that is unknown,
It takes a bit of history to get where you want to go.
They found out from each other that there’s something more inside.
It’s nothing but three simple words, something that cannot hide.
It only took a few months for them to understand,
That they are better together as they’re walking hand in hand.

They know the life they’re given,
There nowhere close the same, someone’s out in the open,
They’re moving on from a hard heartbreak
It isn’t always as easy to one person as it is to another.
Others hide inside the game. One is shy and quiet,
The other’s loved and free, one is being who he wants,
The other’s hard to see.

But once they are together, something ignites,
Somethings may last forever,
But they’re soaring to greater heights.

"Your mind is the most logical choice, but your heart is the most honest decision" ~Diana CoatesSince I was a young girl, writing has always been one of my greatest passions. Every word of a poem, a book, a lyric all had great meaning. Every line said ment something a bit deeper. If you have ever sat beside a lake alone in twiglight you can catch a glimpse of serenity and tranquility. That...is when your mind is clear and your heart speaks for itself. That is where all my writing comes from.

Everlasting short poem

A name breaks on the tip of a pen. Like a wildflower after a violet end. The yellow stripes will enter the past, retracing the path of failures. I pick up a broken thread to weave a shade of blue

Everlasting Agony

Everlasting Agony long poem

When everything fell apart, The ache grew stronger in my heart. When the earth stopped spinning, The birds stopped chirping, And the flowers stopped blooming, Did you know what they were all saying? The dark, long winter night Took all
