For An Everlasting Love

For An Everlasting Love short poem

I fall.
Into the deep blue
I know, I know the ocean’s troughs
won’t ever let me go.

But my heart aches.
as I rekindle your smallness
my sweet beloved son
my pure and gentle boy.

But I am here now, you see?
Ready, with Rock on my feet
O how the swells are willing to receive me

and I fall.

Once, for an everlasting love.
