Simply Love

Simply Love short poem

Do I need a Special Day,
To tell you what my eyes always say.

With you I laugh,with you I beam,
In harmony we weave beautiful dreams.

The bitter sweet squabbles, the illogical fights,
Discussing the rights and wrongs till wee hours of the nights.

The passions and the joys we always share,
No grudges, No tears but tons of care.

With you I smile, together we tread miles,
Hand in hand, since we walked down the aisles.

Do I need a Special Day
To tell you what my eyes always say.
( a few thoughts on Valentines Day)

After walking down the aisles,@Nazima_Kachwalla, many can’t remember the Special Days anymore. Well, they would say that everyday is special, anyway. Just alibi? At least, they bothered with one, where others did not at all. But a charming piece you have there, and in rhymes. Many would relate to your sentiments on that special day.

Fail In Love

Fail In Love short poem

She was a traveling soul. The galaxy resting above her nose. I’d sit & stare. Wondering where the stars would go next. Both young & in love I let go. Tracing together swirls of color. The planets all together aligned.

Please take my hand, for I am blind. I’ve lost my path and my sense of touch. I’ve fallen, for my hands and feet are behind. Please let me hear, for all is in a hush. My wrist and ankles
