Silence fills this room; I can feel the rhythm of my heart
Chanting drums celebrating God’s work of art.
Calmness surrounds me, no words can describe
My worries have vanished, only hope resides.
Before this very moment, there has been a life of unrest
Misguided by the fear of mistakes and regrets.
The worry of my mind laid burden on my heart
When doubt and fear collided, it tore my dreams apart.
They speak of this moment, when your soul finds peace
No anger, no doubt, they have all been released.
I haven’t moved, but everything has changed
When your heart feels peace, only beauty reigns.
I surrender to the mercy that my true love has bestowed
I smile with complete abandon, I graciously free my soul.
