Which Ever Way

Life is like Deepavali crackers
Some crack with thunder
And some fizzle out committing blunder

life is like a Flowing river
Some keep going and reach the summit
Like a perennial river reaching the Sea
And some get stuck up and get drowned
Like a seasonal river going dry

life is like a Hot Sun
Some keep growing and shining all through
Their life, like Sun, giving light all the time, in
one or the other part of the world
While some keep hiding from the challenges
and fading out like Sun setting out under the
cloud resulting in a dark out

life is like Air
Some rise to dizzy heights
Like swirling wind gaining heights
And some failing to rise up
Like desert sand lying still without the breeze

life is like a Flower
Some blossom and acquire name and fame
Like pleasant odor of jasmine uplifting the
spirits of one and all
While some fading out without the trace of
their existence
Like flowers withering without water and

life is like a Mountain
Some succeed and live a solid life
Like rocks withstanding the vagaries of nature
And some fail and slip away into oblivion
Like glaciers slipping & melting under the hot sun

Success and failure, two sides of a coin, for someone to win, another has to loose, such is the way of nature, but their is meaning in both, one compliments the other. One, the other’s better half.

Savi Mani

which ever way a wonderful analytical poem of the two sides of the same called life, some are successful and some are failure but success is a relative word and often weighed on others perspective, but life against all odds is a journey worth taken, cause life is only one…lovely poem Ramapriya ji

Have You Ever Travelled By Train? short poem

Your name is marked in its ledger. It will find you, catch you flatfooted. Trap you. Have you. Keep you hostage and not ask for ransom. This is snake charming – rattlesnake charms the man, lulls and rocks and poisons.
