Wine Of Love

Wine Of Love short poem

Love is like an aroma of flowers,
Stimulating the senses,
Waking the ravenous hunger,
Of an insatiable thirst for,
Unhurried passion.

A love lies beneath,
That’s a light from within,
With glowing embers of passion,
Hearts racing in unison,
Emotions on fire in veins.

Heat of passion unparalleled,
In a crescendo of feelings,
Enveloped in passionate love,
Floating in ecstasy,
Of a love so wonderful.

Pour the wine of love,
Let it linger with a fire,
A soft whisper in the soul,
Conjuring passion so irresistible,
Engraved in the heart forever.

Fail In Love short poem

She was a traveling soul. The galaxy resting above her nose. I’d sit & stare. Wondering where the stars would go next. Both young & in love I let go. Tracing together swirls of color. The planets all together aligned.
