Big Words

Big Words short poem

Big words
From you this morning
broke me into pieces
How thoughtless
How inconsiderate
Like a child, I hurt

And the next instant
She appears, a smiling face
Now she’s dancing
In delight and abandon

Every move, a poem
Every step, an unfolding story
Every pause, a profound silence

Give me your anger,
say the movement of her hands
Hot, red and bright,
Cry the colour of ruin
from your heart

In her big embrace
She holds me
Bigger than the big words
This Kali, a wilderness
Comforting, soft
In a way only she can be

All at once,

Forgiveness heals
I should know, she says
Because what you have now
I have once lost

A black hole detonates itself to stigmatize the substance. Now a silk road leads to sight and touch. A scarecrow starts screaming. Sky was falling on fire. The space becomes deviant. Chopped hands were drawing the tattoos of winged feet.
