From the dark abode
To the glimpses of light
With fearlessness, she comes
As Nirbhaya…behind her name.

Fearless gains relentless power
From her silent lips
Neither an object nor a thing
Live and survive for own self

The power of centre… Worthless
As without its margin
Though not naturally but
Culturally and traditionally.

To raise words, than voice
Make her own choice
Not to protest against them
But to protect herself.

Realisation will come and
Can change their thought
Only if not to make her same
But one more step ahead from them.

An impressive philosophic poem.

You have written a beautiful poem on a sentiment I wholly understand. History has seen various instances where women have spoken up against the patriarchal society for her rights and the future shall see more. I am proud to be one of the women trying to stand on my own feet and gain respect as a contributor to our society and economy like so many others.
