Keep Walking..

Keep Walking.. short poem

Dear one why do you come for my help
Even when you stand so tall

Mirror mirror on the wall
My boldness is a haux
See what’s beneath
Tears splashed on my soul

If thou art strong enough to make a shield
To false your bravery
Then thou art strong enough
For life’s journey

But I’m a coward
hiding my emotions

Then dear one
How are you crying in front of me
You are not a coward nor a loser
You are just frail
You have given up too easily
Keep walking little one
Keep walking

The Idea of the poem was brilliant..I simply love the way you emphasise the relationship between the mirror and the person..

stupendous man

Such words to have been penned by a 12 yr old gives me hope that all is not lost. I absolutely enjoyed this poem, a dialogue between two entities. Keep writing, eager to read more from you…

Walking Wilderness

Walking Wilderness short poem

It crashed like a chandelier my dream. Becoming wet, into unhealing existence. I was expecting a landfall by burst of flames. Grieving for a lost generation, a meaningless exit from the stage of bites and suffering. Can you reverse this
