A Faint Memory

A Faint Memory short poem

Yes, I’m writing it for you
I know I am not at all remembered by you
for you I cry and can even die
but can’t hear a single lie.
I’m dying to hear you speak
but one faint memory of yours,
makes me weep
you are in my every prayer
and in every wish
today standing alone with no one by my side
You’re the one I dearly miss
I look for you from lane to lane
but what I experience is just the same
looking at you my eyes wet
as after so long we finally met
hold me in your arms and don’t leave
I promise even if I die I won’t deceive
for the first time I saw tears in your eyes,
Yes all this did strengthen our ties.
You from this world I did steal, and now I’m realising
how good do I feel.

Memory Walk

Memory Walk short poem

Wanted to visit old lanes for a mocking bird. A luminous proxy wanted to play a game. Treachery flees from the trees and settles on the white wings of flying swans. No logarithm will stop to watch the invisible numbers

Faint Writing

Faint Writing short poem

You wanted to live inside a shell and step outside, in a bowl of habits, sometimes, nudging accumulated sins to offset the aftershocks. Tsunami is here to stay. The crowd was swelling lured by candles on the sea. Each candle
