A Breather

how to clear a cluttered mind
it’s a mystery to me
deep breath in
relax unwind
time to let it be
pointless thoughts
to be diffused
inhabit precious space
weary spirit
battered, bruised
forever on the chase
a cluster of hows and whys
requiring extraction
keep the truth cut the lies
an editor in action
time well spent
for less is more
and clarity your friend
dig down deep
right to the core
recalling how to bend
