I Am Shy

The shyness in me makes me decide not to speak
I climbed the mountains and have seen the peaks
The words I write cannot explain emotions that I reach
Destiny lied to me in my mind and never again should meet
Only tumbling down the hill to find a daisy growing under my feet
I look up and the white clouds cover the sun to stop the beat
We see the colours turn from lime to a kind of velvet sheet
I want to walk but my mind tells me to sit down and enjoy defeat
What an awesome sight just to be in a garden where creatures all in reach
What do we know but only to survive and hunt so that our bellies are full as we listen to the wind make the trees creak
I listen yes to the world and it says much but no salvation you can teach
I am shy and find it hard to speak.

I am a poet through and through and anyone that tells you different you must deny it and slap them across the face very roughly indeed. I love the normal things in life and turning them into mysterious meaningful emotionally attached fascinating object or subjects.

Yes we can climb the peaks and coming down a daisy at our feet. Nature always has its own
