My love, a kiss, now marks upon your neck,
As love became territorial these days,
Reminds me more than would the usual peck,
True love, to strange lands never ever strays;
Thereby I own your every love’s caress,
Your thoughts, your care and minutes of your day,
In turn you have my every tenderness,
My every step leads all towards your way;
But left behind are means to say goodbye,
We may need never go that road at all,
Of all things I despise is make you cry,
Just smiles on those sweet lips would I install ;
. . . . My territory boasts of love secured,
. . . . By all intrusions never will be lured.

♪ ♫ Well, I guess, it could be said that if my knowledge and wisdom were converted to wealth, I may humbly say, in all honesty, that I am not a millionaire. But if out of my two cents, you would agree to accept one of it, then, I could proudly say, in all modesty, that I have done charity.♥

I am so glad you added that snippet or once again I would have found myself out of sync with the authors intentions.
First reading came as possessive love, a love to be avoided—–now I see—2 stories in one? Mine and yours forgive me.
